Specialist
Develops and implements timely and effective internal and external communications that advance key initiatives supporting the company's strategic plan with a focus on building satisfaction with all stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and minimum three to five years of directly related experience. Strong project management and organization skills along with excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach is required. High-level of computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and web content management software. Ability to write and edit for a variety of audiences through various channels including; employee publications, news releases, customer communications, corporate website and blog, slide and video presentations. Knowledge and experience in website design, usability and content management preferred. Experience in working with traditional and social media is also preferred. Knowledge and experience in employee communications, public relations, investor communications, and marketing communication is desired. Ability to solve business problems, builds relationships, and work under pressure with deadlines. Other combinations of experience and/or education may be considered.
Salary: $45,900 - $63,433 YR DOQ. We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package including medical, an outstanding 401(k) Plan and paid leave.

Numerica has a full service business department with a wide variety of loan and deposit products. The individual will process Business Loan applications by obtaining information from the applicants, setting up loan files, working with the loan officer to prepare loan documents, contact service providers (e.g. title company, appraiser) close the loan, disburse funds and set up the loan on the computer system. Assists loan officers and others with general office tasks within the department. Assists members by providing information and direction on other credit union services. In addition the individual will perform general office duties, and be a contact for the applicant and others involved with the loan request. Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 to 5 years experience as a Business Loan Processor in a credit union, bank or other financial institution, have experience with financial analysis software and possess knowledge of appropriate regulations. Prefer experience with LaserPro software.
