Process Engineering and Quality
Systems Manager
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will manage process engineering functions, quality systems infrastructure, and internal/external testing processes for precision aluminum plate, sheet and coil products. Will also interface with management, production/maintenance personnel, vendors, contractors, area engineering, R&D, etc. on technical issues, product qualifi cations and new product development.

This position requires strong leadership, management, organizational and communication skills, as well as experience managing the development of world-class quality systems, and integrating these systems into a production environment. The ability to advocate and implement solutions critical to plant quality/product process problems is essential. Must possess a good understanding of manufacturing and production environments (metals industry preferred). Experience in the implementation of Lean-Sigma initiatives and with standard MS Offi ce products and statistical analysis software (i.e., Mini-Tab and/or SPC XL) is preferred.

A B.S. degree in Materials Science Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related engineering discipline is required. 10+ years of experience in metals processing and/or materials manufacturing with aluminum processing preferred, including management responsibilities for a technical
organization preferred.
