With local pairs skaters Kalie Budvarson and Chris Anders demonstrating, analyst Berkley Villard looks at some of the moves that will be performed at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships.

The videos for the press lift and the one-handed lasso are great, and the explanations are good, except for one thing: it's never explained what makes the lasso lift a lasso lift or the press lift a press lift (i.e., the different entries). If more lift videos are added (and I hope they will be!), please discuss the entries.
